A Curious Cabinet is a drawing series by Cathryn Dwyre that was developed for the Tomorrows group exhibition at the Onassis Cultural Centre in Athens, Greece in 2017.

A speculative collection of fictitious hybrids, the drawings incorporate diverse source material ranging from Renaissance painting to 18th-century botanical drawings. In this way, A Curious Cabinet sets its gaze on the past as well as the future through an exploration of a teeming, delicate, impossible and fractious ecosystem, an ambiguous condition situated in the strange and the familiar, human and nonhuman, natural and unnatural.
